PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus or an imaging system which can reduce an artifact on an obtained image caused by 1/f noise even if the dimension of an element size is reduced.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes a detection part 101 provided with a plurality of pixels in a matrix, a reading circuit 103, an A/D converter 104, a correction processing part 400 for performing the correction processing of pixel data, and a control part 108. In this case, the reading circuit 103 has a reset means SR. The control part 108 executes control so that the reading circuit 103 may output a plurality of reset signals to the A/D converter 104 within the period of the signal processing operation of a prescribed row, the A/D converter 104 may convert the plurality of reset signals to two or more pieces of reset data which are digital data within the period, the correction processing part 400 may average the two or more pieces of reset data output from the A/D converter 104 within the period and may perform subtraction of the pixel data output from the A/D converter 104 and the averaged reset data within the period. |
