FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacturing technique of coffee substitutes. Recipe components are prepared. One cuts oyster plant, dries it in microwave oven till residual humidity about 20% at microwave field power providing warming of oyster plant inside the bits till temperature 80-90C during at least an hour and fries it. Barley grains and soya are fried. Oyster plant, barley grains and soya (in a weight ratio of 4:11:5) are mixed. One performs the produced mixture cryogrinding in liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to produce a new coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials according to wasteless technology. |
