PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for immediately stopping operation in abnormality, simplifying an operation restarting means in a case of restarting the operation, and reducing cost of a humidifier, as the protection technology for a case of abnormal overheating of a humidification water tank, locking of an air fan and the like, in the humidifier for humidifying the surrounding air by the evaporative water by heating and evaporating the water supplied from a water supply tank into the water tank.SOLUTION: This humidifier has an operation switch for ON-OFF switching motion, an abnormality detecting sensor for detecting an operation abnormal state which is a problem in continuation of the operation, and a holding circuit for holding the air distribution fan and an electric heater in a non-power distribution state when the abnormal operation is detected by the abnormality detecting sensor. The holding of the non-power distribution state of the air fan and the electric heater by the holding circuit is released by temporarily switching OFF the operation switch. |
