PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire capable of producing a comfortable illuminated space even if circular fluorescent lamps thereof with double ratings are lit at rating.SOLUTION: The circular fluorescent lamps 12 with double ratings, which can be lit at rating and at high power, are disposed between a reflective surface 22 and a shade 15 of a luminaire body 14. The color temperature of light that is externally irradiated when the circular fluorescent lamps 12 are lit at rating by a lighting unit 13 is set to be lower than that when they are lit at high power. The color temperature is lowered by causing reddish light to effectively transmit the shade 15 with an average transmittance on the long wavelength side higher by more than 3% than the transmittance for light with a wavelength of 550 nm. A decrease in an optical output as compared with lighting at high power is suppressed by a reflective surface 22 having high reflection characteristics of 90% or higher reflectance and the color temperature of reflected light is lowered, with the color turning into yellowish-white. Lowering the color temperature improves human visibility and produces a comfortable illuminated space. |
