PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability while suppressing production cost increase.SOLUTION: Based on a master instruction signal and an operating condition signal inputted by a master instruction input part 23 and an operating condition input part 24, an instruction efficiency-determining part 25 executes efficiency-determining operation for determining efficiency of a turning-on instruction signal, an opening instruction signal and a master instruction signal inputted by a turning-on instruction input part 21, an opening instruction input part 22 and a master instruction input part 23, and outputs an effective turning-on instruction signal, an effective opening instruction signal and an effective master instruction signal. At this time, the effective turning-on instruction signal and the effective opening instruction signal are outputted to a breaker 3 via a turning-on instruction output part 26 and an opening instruction output part 27, meanwhile, for the effective master instruction signal, ANDing operation with the master instruction signal outputted by the master instruction input part 23 is performed in an ANDing circuit 29, and then the effective master instruction signal is outputted to the breaker 3 via a master instruction output part 28. |
