PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate data sharing in a plurality of software servers.SOLUTION: A data sharing system performs: a process for extracting the processing data of one software server in response to the instruction of use terminals 10A to 10C; a process that a data storage server 12 stores the extracted processing data in a designated directory region; a process that a conversion processing server 13 makes an inquiry for the directory region in which the processing data are stored; a process for generating conversion tag information including conversion source/post-conversion tag format type information based on information such as the directory region as the object of inquiry and the user name and format type; a process for extracting the conversion source/post-conversion format type of the generated conversion tag information, and for extracting the conversion rule information of the conversion rule database 15 based on the conversion source/post-conversion format type, and for converting the format type according to the extracted conversion rule information; and a process for transferring the converted data to the other software server.
