PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a problem that a machine stops by determining that collision occurs even though the collision does not really occur in a collision prevention method for detecting the collision by mutual interference between models by making a 3D model operated within a virtual space.SOLUTION: In the collision prevention method of a machine tool for making a machining operation to be operated within the virtual space based on each previously registered machine part, tools, and shape data of a workpiece material, an NC device is made to memorize a coordinate of a moving destination and moving speed information at a change point of a moving vector as history information, and a personal computer is made to determine existence of the interference based on the coordinate of the moving destination and the moving speed information at a reading time point after making existence of the interference determined based on the coordinate of the moving destination and the moving speed information at the change point of the moving vector included in the received history information. |
