PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unbalance correcting method efficiently performing an unbalance correction work of a rotor.SOLUTION: In the unbalance correcting method, a part of an electrode including a coating material is melted by discharge to be deposited on the rotor, and the unbalance of the rotor is corrected. The unbalance correcting method includes: an unbalance measurement step (S10) measuring dynamic unbalance of the rotor; and a coating formation step (S40) forming unbalance correcting coating made of the coating material on the rotor, by controlling a discharge time and a travel range of the electrode with respect to the rotor based on the measured dynamic unbalance. |
