摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability of action when a parking mechanism is made in the locking state on a slope relative to a control device for a vehicle having the parking mechanism of shift-by-wire system for switching an output shaft of an automatic transmission to the non-rotatable locking state and the rotatable unlocking state according to requirement.SOLUTION: In the parking mechanism 5 of the shift-by-wire system, when the parking mechanism 5 is made in the locking state, a target rotation angle of an actuator is set to a small degree so as to set pressing force of a parking lock pole 52 relative to a parking gear 51 to a low degree when a road surface where the vehicle is stopped is a flat road. Whereas, the target rotation angle of the actuator is set to a large degree so as to set the pressing force of the parking lock pole 52 relative to the parking gear 51 to a high degree when the road surface where the vehicle is stopped is a slope.
