PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray nozzle which applies a swirling force to contents, so as to atomize and spray.SOLUTION: The spray nozzle includes: a tapered nozzle body 1; and an element 2 arranged inside thereof for spraying the contents in mist from its end. The element includes a tube body 2a which is fitted into a through opening 1a in the nozzle body 1 and a ceiling 2b which closes the end of the tube body 2a and forms an advancing pathway m of the contents therein. An opening 3 is arranged in the tube body 2a communicating with its inside and outside. A vertical groove 4 forming a fine gap 4a along an axis of the nozzle body 1 between the vertical groove and an inner wall surface of the nozzle body 1 in a region including the opening 3. The ceiling 2b of the tube body 2a is provided with a peripheral wall 5 which is upright at its edge and between which and the nozzle body 1 a pathway 5a to the outside is formed. Slits 6 and 7 which have an opening width nearly equal to the vertical groove 4 and guide the content passing through the opening 3 and the fine gap 4a in the direction along the inner wall surface of the peripheral wall 5 for generating a swirling flow are formed in the peripheral wall 5. |
