PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the effort of proper use of two kinds of methods since there are the two kinds of methods for directly transmitting an attached file and uploading the attached file to a data server when the file is shared by using a mail.SOLUTION: It is determined whether substance of the file is attached, or information such as a URL, for sharing the file is described in a text, etc., or attached to the mail to upload the substance of the file to a server according to a destination of the mail, namely, an mail address, and according to this determination result, mail creation (including file attachment and uploading of the file) processing is executed. |
