PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube(CNT)-containing porous film in which the original electric properties of a CNT are not damaged.SOLUTION: The CNT-containing porous film includes the carbon nanotube (A) having ≤5 nm diameter and an organic compound (B) wherein the dipole moment μ and the molecular length L of the organic compound (B) satisfy inequalities: 1.5 nm<L<2.5 nm when 10D>μ>5D, and 1.5 nm<L<3.5 nm when μ<5D. The organic compound (B) has preferably one or more functional groups selected form the group including an alkyl group, a hydroxyl group (-OH), a carbonyl group (C=O), an oxylene group (-O-), an imino group (=NH-) and an amino group (-NH). |
