PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new oxime compound or its salt, and a fungicide which contains at least one sort of these compounds as an active ingredient, has a sure effect and can be safely used.SOLUTION: The oxime compound or its salts are shown by formula (I). The horticultural fungicide contains at least one sort chosen from a group which consists of the compound or its salts as an active ingredient. In formula (I), A denotes a not substituted or substituted heterocyclic group. B denotes a single bond, not substituted, or substituted alkylene group. X denotes a not substituted or substituted aromatic ring group or a not substituted or substituted non-aromatic ring group. Y denotes a not substituted or substituted aromatic ring group.
