PURPOSE: An umbrella having water receiving function is provided, which prevents building floor from being dirty and enables a user to carry an wet umbrella conveniently. CONSTITUTION: An umbrella having water receiving function comprises: an umbrella main body; and attached cloth(101) which is fixed to the end of he umbrella main body and performs a role of a water receiver. The attached cloth serves as a bag capable of containing water, is composed of eight pieces of cloth. The attached cloth adheres closely to umbrella cloth when an umbrella is spread and receives rain water by forming a space between the attached cloth and umbrella cloth when the umbrella folded.
