FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of medicine, namely, to medical diagnostics, and may find application in detection of passability of lacrimal passages. Substance of method consists in the fact that as one lacrimal canaliculus is closed, working medium is supplied into another lacrimal canaliculus. At the same time working medium is supplied by means of pump with permanent efficiency. Simultaneously with supply of working medium, time dependence of its pressure is registered, value of working medium pressure Pc, established with time, is measured, and on its basis a judgement is made on extent of lacrimal passages narrowing. Extent of lacrimal passages narrowing is judged based on how much measured working medium pressure Pc exceeds value of pressure corresponding to rated value at specified efficiency of pump. ^ EFFECT: application of this invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of diagnostics of extent of lacrimal passages narrowing. ^ 2 ex, 3 cl, 4 dwg |
