PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device capable of reducing a luminance change accompanied by a temperature change.SOLUTION: The organic EL device includes: an insulating substrate; an organic EL element arranged on the upper side of the insulating substrate; a pixel circuit which is arranged on the upper side of the insulating substrate and contains a driving transistor for supplying a driving current to the organic EL element; and a temperature compensation circuit which contains a temperature detector and an amplifier circuit for amplifying a control voltage required for controlling the driving current to be supplied to the organic EL element at an amplification rate based on a temperature detected by the temperature detector. |
