PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counterweight structure of a construction machine capable of reducing cost while responding to a request of a customer by using a common counterweight block.SOLUTION: The counterweight block 21 for installing a weight base 20 in a rear part of a turning body having a rotational symmetrical shape of becoming the same when rotating a plane shape by 180° with the vertical axis O as a center on the weight base 20, forming a display surface 21a on one surface of becoming rotational symmetry and forming a non-display surface 21b on the other surface is installed so as to be switchable between a display position positioned at the back face side for visually confirming the display surface 21a from an external part and positioned inside for visually non-confirming the non-display surface 21b from the external part and an non-display position positioned at the back face side for visually confirming the non-display surface 21b from the external part and positioned inside for visually non-confirming the display surface 21a from the external part.
