PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film balun that can be made compact and thin while maintaining various requested characteristics of the balun.SOLUTION: The thin film balun 1 includes an unbalanced transmission line UL having a first coil part C1 and a second coil part C2, a balanced transmission line BL having a first coil part C1 and a second coil part C2 disposed opposite the first coil part C1 and second coil part C2 and a third coil part C3 and a fourth coil part C4 magnetically coupled, an unbalanced terminal UT connected to the first coil part C1, a ground terminal G connected to the first coil part C1 through a C component D, and a counter electrode D2 connected to the ground terminal G and opposed to a portion of the first coil part C1. The C component D comprises the part D1 of the first coil part and the counter electrode D2. |
