PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of an earphone in a portable radio equipment which has high waterproofness and a good yield.SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of an earphone 3, the earphone 3 to output sound based on a signal transmitted from the portable radio equipment by radio communication is provided. The mounting structure has: a hollow base 10 which fits to the portable radio equipment; a substrate 12 which outputs the signal transmitted from the portable radio equipment to the earphone 3 while being provided in the upper portion of the base 10 to be electrically connected to the earphone 3; an bonded waterproofing member 22 which is bonded so as to cover the substrate 12 including the contact point 5 of the substrate 12 and the earphone 3 for waterproofing the substrate 12 including the contact point 5, and preventing the substrate 12 including the contact point 5 from being applied with load; and an overmold portion 26 which overmolds the bonded waterproofing member 22 and the earphone 3 with the substrate 12 in the center, while integrally molded with the base 10. |
