PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a program of creating a color conversion definition which can create a color conversion definition facilitating adjustment processing for colors to be used color expression in which non-primary colors are added to predetermined primary colors. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a reference definition acquiring section 310 for acquiring a CMYKO-Lab color conversion definition defining color conversion from a CMYKO color space into a Lab color space; a start deciding section 320 for deciding start coordinates on the Lab color space and also deciding K coordinate components; a non-basic component calculator 330 for obtaining the minimum value of O coordinates to be mapped to the start coordinates by color conversion in a condition limited to the coordinate components decided by the start deciding section 320; and a correspondence calculator 340 for calculating the coordinates of each of three colors of CMY on the basis of the start coordinates, the coordinate components calculated by the non-basic component calculator 330, and the CMYKO-Lab color conversion definition acquired by the reference definition calculator 310, thereby obtaining the coordinates of the CMYKO color space corresponding to the start coordinates.
