PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally display text data even by either receiver, and to accurately transmit an information to a user. SOLUTION: A control unit for the FM modulator controls a regenerator so that text data are regenerated for a set time by the indication of a setting, on the basis of an adjustment-start indication input to an input section. The control unit controls a transmitter and transmits text data and voice data to the receiver, and completes the adjustment of a fixed time when an adjustment-settlement indication is input to the input section.
