PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file transfer system with high security by mounting TCPs 2 to client apparatuses A and a file share server apparatus B. SOLUTION: The client apparatus A and the file share server apparatus B are connected to a network 40. The client apparatus A and the file share server apparatus B are provided with: input apparatuses 31A, 31B; output apparatuses (display apparatuses) 32A, 32B; file share system management application sections 34A, 34B and TCP 2 drivers 35A, 35B in addition to existing file share application sections 33A, 33B, respectively, and also provided with storage media 36A, 36B for storing mutually received files.
