PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an arrangement for writing key information in a switch panel excellent in recycle properties. SOLUTION: A destination telephone number is registered in correspondence with a one touch key 82. A print label 90 is formed by printing in a region corresponding to the one touch key 82 out of a main panel body 84 and a movable panel body 86 arranged around the one touch key 82.
