PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive anisotropic conductive tape pasting device of simple configuration, capable of surely pasting, in good quality, an anisotropic conductive tape on a glass substrate under a low pressurizing force, even if parallelism and flatness of a pasting tool are not very accurate. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive tape pasting device comprises a substrate supporter which supports, from a rear surface, the pasting part of the anisotropic conductive tape on a glass substrate to which the anisotropic conductive tape is pasted, a pasting roller which is provided above the substrate supporter to press-fit the anisotropic conductive tape to the pasting part of the glass substrate, a translation mechanism which is configured to allow translation of the pasting roller by such distance as corresponds to the pasting length of the anisotropic conductive tape to the glass substrate, and a heating mechanism for heating the anisotropic conductive tape from below when press-fitting the anisotropic conductive tape.
