<p>The present invention relates to field of food industry and could be used in bread and confectionary enterprises for production of gluten-free bread. Gluten-free bread could be made from rice flour, additionally supplemented with corn ore/and buckwheat flour, from extruded corn and/or rice and/or buckwheat flour, yeast, sweetener, apple vinegar, vegetable oil, eggs or egg powder, water and/or milk and/or other milk products. For the purpose of taste improving, it could be added raisins, nuts, seeds and the like. Moreover, for consumer convenience for manufacturing gluten free bread at home the dry mix will be offered, where dry row materials could be weight according prescription and the necessary information about adding liquid amount and technological parameters of bread production will be given on the packing.</p> |
