<p>A method is provided for assembling a connector, which is composed of a columnar inner part integrally formed of a resin so as to cover a terminal and a cord electrically connected to the terminal, and a cylindrical case inserted into the connector so as to cover the outer circumferential surface of the inner part, and has excellent appearance and adhesive strength which does not deteriorate between the inner part and the case. On the inner circumferential surface of a case (5), a surface (intersecting surface) (25) is formed, and on the outer circumferential surface of an inner part (3), a recessed section (11) and a protruding section (13) having enough elasticity to fall into the recessed section (11) are formed. Then, an adhesive (S) is applied into the recessed section (11) of the inner part (3), the case (5) is inserted into the inner part (3), and the outer circumferential surface of the inner part (3) and the inner circumferential surface of the case (5) are bonded to each other with the adhesive (S) overflowed from the recessed section (11).</p> |
