PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electronic paper display device and an electronic paper display device made by the same are provided to arrange electronic balls of various shapes, thereby increasing the design freedom of an electronic paper display device. CONSTITUTION: A pitch between electronic balls(130) is controlled according to the shape of a mask. An electronic paper display device includes an improved contrast ratio. The electronic ball is arranged in various shapes according to the shape of a mask. The electronic ball displays an image by using an electric field applied to the first and second electrodes.
