<p>An improved elevator for ship includes a hoisting machine (5), a cage (1), cage guide rails (4), a cage rope (11), a counterweight (2), a counterweight rope (12) and a hoistway (13). A first cage bottom sheave (10) and a second cage bottom sheave (9) are arranged below the cage. The cage guide rails are disposed on the two sides of the cage. The hoisting machine is disposed above the cage and outside of one side of the cage. One end of the cage rope is connected with the cage, and the other end of the cage rope is connected with a cage rope anchor (8) which is fixed outside of another side of the cage. The cage rope is wound around the hoisting machine, the first cage bottom sheave and the second cage bottom sheave. The counterweight is below the hoisting machine, and the two sides of the counterweight are provided with counterweight guide rails (3). One end of the counterweight rope is connected with the counterweight, and the other end of the counterweight rope is connected with a counterweight rope anchor (7) after passing a counterweight sheave (6) connected with the hoisting machine. An enough safe space is provided between the hoisting machine and the cage, so it is convenient for maintenance and salvation, and because the height of the top part of the hoistway is greatly reduced, the elevator is suitable for ship.</p> |
