摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce compression resistivity (improve electron conductivity) and also reduce saturated susceptibility of active material itself in coating active material powder with carbon.SOLUTION: In coating the active material powder (for example, lithium iron phosphate) with carbon, aliphatic saturated hydrocarbon (especially butane gas) is used as a carbon source and is baked at 625-750°C to coat with carbon. Thereby, the compression resistivity of the active material powder can be reduced (the electron conductivity is improved), and also ferromagnetic impurities in the active material can be reduced.
