PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage composition containing pulverized products, capable of being continuously and automatically filled, and directly giving cool feeling of the beverage and, at the same time, food texture of ginseng by floating in the beverage on a state partially keeping the form of the ginseng, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a beverage composition containing ginseng pulverized products, which composition contains ginseng pulverized products pulverized to be a constant size, gellan gum of a stabilizer, and a crosslinking agent selected from calcium salts and magnesium salts. |
