PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery control system which accurately detects the deterioration of a secondary battery by controlling an external charging means in a vehicle comprising an engine, motors, the secondary battery, and the external charging means which externally charges the secondary battery by using an external power supply, and to provide the vehicle comprising such a battery control system.SOLUTION: The battery control system 10 includes a deterioration detection means S20 which controls the external charging means in the vehicle 1 comprising a vehicle body 90, the engine 50, the motors 41, 42, the secondary battery 21B, and the external charging means M1, and detects the deterioration of the secondary battery during the charge of the secondary battery by the external charging means. |
