PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translation program for cellphone and a translation method for cellphone, that allow the cellphone to function as a translation device in various scenes.SOLUTION: The translation program for a cellphone that functions as a translation device includes: a language determination means determining a language corresponding to a specific country by prompting a user to select the specific one a plurality of countries stored in a country information database; a scene determination means determining a specific action scene by prompting the user to select the specific action scene stored in a scene database; a conversation determination means determining a specific conversation by prompting the user to select the specific conversation stored in a conversation database and related to the action scene determined by the scene determination means; and a means acquiring a translation sentence obtained by translating the conversation determined by the conversation determination means to the language of the country determined by the language determination means, from a translation database, and outputting it to external output devices 160, 170 of the cellphone 100. |
