PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to transmit/receive electronic mail without being conscious of a mail address for disclosure.SOLUTION: A mail server apparatus includes: a storage means for correspondingly storing a user mail address, a disclosure target person mail address and a mail address for disclosure; a means for receiving the user mail address; a means for referring to the storage means to translate a sender mail address of user transmission mail into the mail address for disclosure when a destination of the user transmission mail is the disclosure target person mail address; a means for transmitting the user transmission mail to the destination; a means for receiving electronic mail for the mail address for disclosure; a means for referring to the storage means to translate a destination mail address of electronic mail for the mail address for disclosure into the user mail address; a means for managing received electronic mail for provision in response to a request from a user; and a means for deleting the mail address for disclosure from the storage means in response to a request from the user. |
