PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dressing board capable of dressing a cutting blade and efficiently attaining an effect equivalent to pre-cutting.SOLUTION: The setting board dresses a cutting blade having a cutting edge formed by fixing diamond abrasive grains with a nickel plated layer on an outer periphery thereof. When a thickness H of a test sample of the dressing board formed into a sheet shape by kneading super-abrasive grains with resin in an appropriate ratio is 1 mm and a width W is 15 mm, the test sample of the dressing board is supported with a first jig of two-point support having a point-to-point span Sd of 30 mm. When a force of G Newton (N) is applied to the test sample of the dressing board supported in this way with a second jig having a point-to-point span Su of 10 mm, transverse rupture strength determined by 3(Sd-Su)G/2WHis equal to or less than 140 N/mm. |
