PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor, capable of improving the efficiency of a manufacture process, while improving the characteristics of the solid electrolytic capacitor.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the solid electrolytic capacitor includes a process (S10) of preparing an anode body; a process (S20) of forming a dielectric film on the surface of the anode body; and a process of forming a solid electrolyte layer comprising a conductive polymer on the surface of the dielectric film. The process for forming the solid electrolyte layer includes a process (S30) of decompressing and impregnating an oxidizing agent solution in the anode body on which the dielectric film is formed inside a sealed container; and a process (S60) of relaxing decompression inside the sealed container, by introducing a gas made of the precursor monomer of the conductive polymer into the sealed container, after the process of decompressing and impregnating the oxidizing agent solution. |
