PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure detecting device for an elevator for determining a failure when unmatch occurs between the actual condition of the elevator and operation data recognized by an elevator control part.SOLUTION: The failure detecting device for the elevator includes a car 1, a car door 2, inside-car display devices 4, 5 to be lit on and displayed in use, inside-car operation buttons 6, 7 to be lit on and displayed during operation, an inside-car light 8 to be lit on in use, an inside-car camera 9 for photographing an image inside the car, an image analyzing part 10 for analyzing various images photographed by the inside-car camera, the elevator control part 12 recognizing the operation data for the elevator, and an unmatch determining part 15 for acquiring the actual condition of the elevator from the various images analyzed by the image analyzing part, comparing it with the operation data recognized by the elevator control part, and detecting a failure when unmatch occurs between the situations of both of them. |
