PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging vessel with a lens such as a paper box, enabling a person to observe a variable image by attaching a microlens sheet to the outer surface of a packaging vessel base material on which the variable image is printed in such a manner that the microlens sheet is slidable to a variable pixel constituting the variable image and by sliding and moving the lens sheet to the variable pixel, and to provide a method for manufacturing a lens sheet.SOLUTION: The packaging vessel with the lens includes an optically visible variable pixel layer C formed in a predetermined pixel pitch on a partial area of the outer surface of the rectangular parallelepiped or cubic packaging vessel A. A microlens sheet B having a lens array B1 formed in a lens pitch matching with the predetermined pixel pitch is slide-movably overlaid on and attached to the variable pixel layer C.
