The present invention relates to a stator and to a motor comprising same. The stator comprises: a boss; an inner core having teeth radially formed along an outer circumferential surface of the boss; a coil wound onto each of the teeth; an outer core divided into multiple pieces to couple with the respective teeth; and fitting and coupling units formed at the inner core and the outer core to fit and couple the pieces of the outer core with the respective teeth, thereby enabling easy assembly and coil-winding work, reducing manufacturing costs, and improving the concentricity between an outer circumference and an inner circumference of a stator core.
