The invention relates to an aircraft workspace (2) that can be equipped, which comprises, as mounting function components, at least one mounting seat (5), a mounting data processing device (7), a mounting data output device (8) that is or can be connected to the mounting data processing device so as to allow data transfer, and a data input device (148) that likewise is or can be connected to the mounting data processing device so as to allow data transfer, wherein the aircraft workspace (2) that can be equipped further comprises a predetermined mechanical interface design (100, in 104) on the side of the workspace that can be equipped, wherein said mechanical interface design is designed to be detachably connected to a predetermined mechanical interface design on the aircraft side in order to thereby mechanically connect the mounting function components to the aircraft (136) and fasten the mounting function components to the aircraft, wherein the workspace (2) that can be equipped further comprises at least one energy supply interface design (230) on the side of the workspace that can be equipped, wherein said energy supply interface design is designed to be detachably connected to a predetermined energy supply interface design (232) on the aircraft side in order to thereby connect the workspace (2) that can be equipped to an energy supply device (196) of the aircraft (136) so as to allow energy supply, and wherein the workspace (2) that can be equipped comprises at least one predetermined data interface design (202) on the side of the workspace that can be equipped, wherein said data interface design is designed to be detachably connected to a predetermined data interface design (206) on the aircraft side in order to thereby connect a device from among the mounting data processing device (7), the mounting data input device (148), and the mounting data output device (8) to at least one aircraft data processing device (184) so as to allow data transfer. |
