摘要 <p>Provided is a composite nanometallic paste which, when a layer of the paste interposed between upper and lower adherends is sintered in an inert gas under no pressure until the layer turns to a metal layer, attains a shear bond strength between the upper and lower adherends of 10 MPa or higher. The composite nanometallic paste contains, as metallic components, composite metallic nanoparticles comprising metal cores with an average particle diameter of X (nm) and an organic coating layer formed on the periphery thereof, metallic nanofiller particles having an average particle diameter of d (nm), and metallic filler particles having an average particle diameter of D (nm), and satisfies the first relationship X<d<D and the second relationship X<d<100 (nm). The average particle diameter d has such a value that one or more of the metallic nanofiller particles enter the three-wall pocket that is formed when three of the metallic filler particles are disposed on a plane so that the three are in contact with one another, and the average particle diameter X has such a value that some of the composite metallic nanoparticles fill into the interstices remaining in the three-wall pocket.</p>
