A method and equipment for transmitting/receiving data and a system for transmitting data. The method comprises: an upstream device obtains an antenna-carrier (AxC) resource distribution control parameter information of a Common Public Radio Interface (CPRI) link, wherein the AxC resource distribution control parameter information is used for determining an IQ channel; the upstream device sends the AxC resource distribution control parameter information to a downstream device; after receiving from the downstream device a notification of successful reception of the AxC resource distribution control parameter information, the upstream device transmits to and receives from the downstream device IQ data via the IQ channel determined by the AxC resource distribution control parameter information; the downstream device receives the AxC resource distribution control parameter information of the CPRI link sent by the upstream device; after sending to the upstream device a notification of successful reception of the AxC resource distribution control parameter information, the downstream device transmits to and receives from the upstream device IQ data via the IQ channel determined by the AxC resource distribution control parameter information. The system comprises: a first device for transmitting and receiving data and a second device for transmitting and receiving data.
