An apparatus and a system for a roll-to-roll process are provided to maintain compatibility between various process stations by using the roll-to-roll process designed in a single side contact type. An apparatus for a roll-to-roll process includes first to third rollers(11,12,13). The first roller converts transfer of a roll of flexible material(20) from a first direction(A) to a second direction(B), and forms a first angle between the first and second directions. The second roller is separated from the first roller by a predetermined distance, is extended across the first roller, converts the transfer of the roll of flexible material from the second direction to a third direction(C), and forms a second angle between the second and third directions. The third roller is separated from the second roller by a predetermined distance, is extended across the first roller, converts the transfer of the roll of flexible material from the third direction to a fourth direction(D), and forms a third angle between the third and fourth directions. The roll of flexible material has first and second side surfaces(20-1,20-2). The first to third rollers are contacted to the same side surface of the first and second side surfaces during the transfer of the roll of flexible material.
