PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer, and a measurement method for simplifying a constitution, and implementing an analysis process of a plurality of items.SOLUTION: The automatic analyzer 1 for optically measuring a reaction between a specimen and a reagent, and implementing the analysis process of the specimen comprises: a magnetic collecting member 24 for disposing a magnetic material for collecting and holding magnetic particles B from a reaction vessel 12 for accommodating a fluid containing the magnetic particles B bonded to a labeled material as an object to be measured; a magnetic particle extracting section 2 for extracting the magnetic particles B outside of the reaction vessel 12; and a magnetic particle measuring section 10 for implementing optical measurement of the labeled material, bonded to the magnetic particles B extracted outside of the reaction vessel 12 by the magnetic particle extracting section 2. |
