PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device capable of reducing a cost, and capable of controlling a lighting state of a light emitting diode as a light source by a remote controller, and to provide an LED illuminating apparatus equipped with the LED lighting device.SOLUTION: This LED lighting device 1 includes an electric power source circuit 2 for supplying a current to the light emitting diode 8, a shut-off circuit 3 for shutting off the current supplied from the electric power source circuit 2, a signal processing circuit 4 for detecting a voltage between both ends of the light emitting diode 8, and for acquiring a control signal transmitted from the remote controller, based on the voltage between the both ends, and a control circuit 5 for controlling the shut-off circuit 3, in response to the control signal acquired by the signal processing circuit 4. |
