PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device having a mount structure which prevents a connection fault between an electronic component and a substrate by relaxing shocks applied to the electronic components.SOLUTION: An electronic device 1 includes a housing 10; a first substrate 21 having rigidity which is housed inside the housing 10 with a slit 24 is provided thereon; a component mount portion 26 which is provided in the first substrate 21 and adjacent to the slit 24; an electronic component 30 mounted on the component mount portion 26; and a second substrate 22, which is stacked in the inside of the first substrate 21 and the inside of the component mount portion 26 and has flexibility to support the component mounting portion 26 so as to be displaceable with respect to the first substrate 21 by traversing the slit 24. |
