PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent influence of a dimensional error or a disturbance upon determining the state of a developing cartridge.SOLUTION: The developing cartridge 100 detachable from an image forming apparatus body includes: a developer storage part (casing 104) for storing developer therein; and a developing roller 101 which carries the developer stored in the developer storage part. The developing cartridge 100 has a detecting member (conductive panel 170) composed of a conductive body to be detected by the image forming apparatus body. The detecting member is configured to have a first state and a second state different from the first state in accordance with the driving force from the image forming apparatus. |
