DURATION CALCULATOR AND DURATION CALCULATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duration calculator and a duration calculation method for calculating a duration for work not experienced in the past based on an experience period and achievements of other work of a worker.SOLUTION: The duration calculator includes: a work achievement database 101 storing work achievement information including work conditions and achievement times; a skill degree database 102 storing skill degree information including relationship between the experience period of the worker and the duration of work; a work achievement correction means 103 correcting the achievement time to a corrected duration, which is a duration by a current skill degree, based on the skill degree information; a worker ability database 104 storing worker ability information including relationship between the work conditions and the corrected duration; and a work duration calculation means calculating a duration in given work conditions based on the worker ability information.
