PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery heating device for heating a battery formed by stacking a plurality of battery modules, which can eliminate heating unevenness of the battery and improve heating efficiency.SOLUTION: The battery heating device heats at least one surface of the battery formed by stacking the battery modules. The battery heating device includes a planar heating element, and a heat conductor which is in contact with the planar heating element. The heat conductor is formed of metal, and eliminates the heating unevenness of the battery and improves the heating efficiency by contacting with an outer package wall surface of each battery module. |
