PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device capable of monitoring properly a joint defective pixel which is a defective pixel after joint.SOLUTION: When a defective pixel is included in some pixels of a plurality of pixels adjacent to a matrix direction which is a joint object, a joint pixel after joint processing is processed as a joint defective pixel by a joint defective pixel detection part 23. After the detection of the joint defective pixel, the defect determination of the joint pixel adjacent to the downstream side of a read-out direction of a data bas line of the detected joint defective pixel is performed preferentially by the joint defective pixel detection part 23 to thereby monitor properly the joint defective pixel which is the defective pixel after joint processing. |
