PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in temperature of wood pieces of a front face opening and a handle of a roaster of a unit kitchen to which a body is incorporated.SOLUTION: In this cooker, the roaster 4 is provided within the body 2. The roaster part 4 includes: a heating chamber 4a; a heater 23 arranged in the heating chamber 4a; a pan 16 stored in the heating chamber 4a; a grill 15 placed on the pan 16; a door 32 for opening/closing the front face opening of the heating chamber 4a; the horizontally-long handle 11 provided to the door 32; a control circuit; and an air blowing fan 20. A horizontally-long exhaust air discharge hole 11b and a heat insulating slit 11c which are penetrated from a lower face to an upper face are juxtaposed on the door 32 side of the handle 11 and the front side of the door 32 side. An exhaust air guide passage 11a for guiding the high temperature air leaked from the front face side of the heating chamber 4a to the exhaust air discharge hole 11b is provided between the front face side bottom of the heating chamber 4a and the exhaust air discharge hole 11b. |
